Our Story
"When I started Counterpunch, I had a simple vision: to use boxing as a method to relieve stress in a supportive environment. It wasn’t just about throwing punches or perfecting techniques. It was about giving people a place to build confidence, find their strength, and connect with others. I wanted a space where anyone could step into the ring, face their own struggles and walk out feeling stronger. And by tying in charitable efforts, I hoped to show that the lessons learned in the ring could ripple out and make a real difference in the world. It’s always been about more than boxing; it’s about fighting for something better."
- Tina, Founder
